  • 🔍 SEO & Keyword Optimization: Research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility on search engines. Optimize content with relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and internal/external links. Analyze competitors' content and industry trends to create content that stands out.
  • 📊 Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors. Brainstorm and develop creative content strategies that align with marketing goals. Repurpose and refresh old content to keep it relevant and valuable.
  • ✍️ Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Proofread articles and ensure proper formatting, structure, and readability. Fact-check information to maintain credibility and accuracy.
  • 🎯 Collaboration & Content Management: Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Manage and publish content through CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot.
  • Track and analyze content performance to suggest improvements and new content ideas.
  • 🚀 Staying Updated & Creative: Stay up to date with content marketing trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies. Experiment with new content formats like interactive content, infographics, and videos. Adapt writing styles for different audiences and platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sr. Graphic & UI-UX Designer

  • 3 to 4 years
  • Adobe Photoshop – Advanced image editing, retouching, UI mockups, social media creatives.
  • Adobe Illustrator – Logo design, brand identity systems, icon design.
  • Figma – UI/UX wireframing, prototyping, responsive web & app design.
  • Visual Design Fundamentals – Typography, layout, color theory, composition.
  • UX Research & Thinking – Ability to understand user flows, customer journeys, and apply in design.
  • Interactive Prototyping – Experience in creating functional mockups using Figma or XD.
  • Design System Knowledge – Understanding of modular design and reusable components.

Jr. Graphic Designer

  • Minimum 1 year

  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
  • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
